I Fattori (which means “The Farmers” in English) is a little shop in Rimini, Italy. They produce hand-made organic local specialties such as the “Piade” and the “Cassoni”. Everything is made using organic ingredients and by respecting nature's seasonal cycles and the local food traditions. I shot food photos for some of the products to be used in promotional brochures and postcards.
